Chapter 4 - The New World Government

Now notice just how the SOVEREIGN's World Government will function. It will not be a government of man's choosing such as democracy, republican, socialism, communism, fascism, human monarchy, oligarchy, or plutocracy.

There will be no election campaigns. No campaign fund-raising dinners. No secret sessions in smoked-filled rooms behind closed doors. No dirty political campaigns where each candidate attempts to put himself forward in the most favorable light--defaming, denouncing, or discrediting his opponents. No time or resources will be wasted in mudslinging campaigns in the lust for power.

Man has proven his utter incapability of ruling himself. So, the people will no longer rule; they will no longer have votes. It will not be a government of the people by the people or for the people. However, it will be a Government of the SOVEREIGN by the SOVEREIGN and yet for the people. Our Father, the Ancient of Days will be the Ruler and He is concerned for His children. ETERNAL will appoint the King Himself and it will be His Mashiach (Messiah).

Isaiah 11:10 (TLB). In that day, He who created the royal dynasty of David will be a banner of salvation to all the world. The nations will rally to him, for the land where he lives will be a glorious place.

Backing up a few verses we find a description of the Mashiach, his ability and character. Isaiah gives a clear picture of the Mashiach who is a Branch that shall grow out of the Root of Jesse (Isaiah 11:10). Notice:

Isaiah 11:2-5 (TLB). And the Spirit of ETERNAL shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, and might; the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of ETERNAL. His delight will be obedience to ETERNAL. He will not judge by appearance, false evidence, or hearsay, but will defend the poor and the exploited. He will rule against the wicked who oppress them. For he will be clothed with fairness and with truth.

Remember that ETERNAL is the Supreme One Who is love, who gives and who rules with outgoing concern for His people. The highest wellbeing of the people will be the standard of His Rule. The most able, the most righteous, the most faithful, and those best fitted for office will be placed in all offices of responsibility and power. Most were chosen long ago as was the Mashiach (quoted from The Living Bible because of its ease of readability).

Psalm 2:6-9 (TLB). For ETERNAL declares, "This is the King of My choice, and I have enthroned him in Jerusalem, My [pure] city." His chosen one replies, "I will reveal the everlasting purposes of the SOVEREIGN, for ETERNAL has said to me, 'You are my Son. This is your Coronation Day. Today I am giving you your glory. Only ask and I will give you all the nations of the world. Rule them with an iron rod; smash them like clay pots!"

ETERNAL continues to speak, but addresses the world.

...2:10-12. "O kings and rulers of the earth, listen while there is time. Serve ETERNAL with reverent fear; rejoice with trembling. Fall down before his son and kiss his feet before his anger is roused and you perish. I am warning you--his wrath will soon begin. But oh, the joys of those who put their trust in him!

Psalms 89:20. I [ETERNAL] have found My servant David; with My [pure] oil I have anointed him, with whom My hand shall be established; also My arm shall strengthen him. The enemy shall not outwit him, nor the son of wickedness afflict him. I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him. But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him, and in My Name his horn shall be exalted. Also I will set his hand over the sea and his right hand over the rivers. He shall cry to Me, 'You are my Father, My SOVEREIGN, and the Rock of my salvation.' Also I will make him My firstborn, The highest of the kings of the earth.

The SOVEREIGN said it and that settles it. King David is the Mashiach. Believe it or not!

What Is the New Covenant?

Those who are gathered from among the nations by the Mashiach will be returned to the Promised Land. They will receive a "new spirit" along with those who are awakened in the First Awakening. They will be blessed and will have plenty. By the way, ETERNAL will have the Anointed One (the Mashiach) gather the remnant from the nations where they are captives and bring them to the wilderness outside the Valley of Jezreel. ¹⁶ The two sticks (representing the House of Israel and the House of Judah) will be rejoined into one stick or in actuality one Kingdom under our SOVEREIGN.

There the unrighteous goats will be separated from the righteous sheep. Those who are righteous will then enter the Valley; they will be or become spirit beings. Whether they die and are awakened or whether they are just changed immediately into spirit is not stated. In either case, those who walk after detestable things along with their abominations will be left in the wilderness.

After the righteous enter the Valley of Jezreel in the Land of Promise, they will become a part of the New Covenant. The righteous will be sprinkled with clean water and cleansed from all of their filthiness that came from their idols. There ETERNAL will cleanse them. The stony heart will be taken out of their flesh and they will be given a new heart and a new spirit. What a wonderful day that will be. ETERNAL will be their SOVEREIGN and the righteous will be His people. They shall walk in ETERNAL's Ordinances and keep them. (Please see Ezekiel 11:14-21; 36:19-35.)

After those days--after the Time of Jacob's Trouble, and after ETERNAL has established His Reign on earth, what we shall see here is happiness, peace, abundance, and justice for those in the New Covenant.

Jeremiah 31:31-33. "Behold, the days are coming," says ETERNAL, "when I will make a New Covenant with the House of Israel and with the House of Judah; not according to the Covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My Covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them [House of Israel and the House of Judah]," says ETERNAL. "But this is the Covenant that I will make with the House of Jacob after those days, says ETERNAL: I will put My Law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their SOVEREIGN, and they shall be My people."

Many people believe that they will go to a place called "heaven." But that is exactly opposite of the truth. The Father will come to earth to dwell with His people so we will not go dwell with Him in the sky. When ETERNAL is here and the Davidic Kingdom is set up on earth even the desert will bloom as a beautiful meadow (Isaiah 35:1). Moreover, there will be peace, joy, and happiness in unbounded abundance. Incidentally, there is not going to be an-ever-burning hell fire either. That is the demitted dreams of Dante ¹⁷ in the 1300 century based on the writings of ancient pagan philosophers. You will not find that teaching in Scripture. There will come a time when ETERNAL will give the righteous a New Covenant and write His Laws in their minds and hearts and they will only want to keep His Way and His Covenants. Then they will have an abundance of overflowing love springing out of their hearts for their SOVEREIGN.

The whole world under the Davidic Kingdom will be as the Garden of Eden as long as the nations obey the CREATOR, and we the SOVEREIGN's children will live full abundant lives that we were created to live and will learn of war no more (Isaiah 2:4, Micah 4:3). The New Covenant will occur after the Time of Jacob's Trouble when both houses, the House of Israel and of the House of Judah, will be united as one house, the House of Jacob. Only then, each person will experience peace, happiness, and abundance, joyful well being! The SOVEREIGN will walk and live among His people. That will be a Great Day (Zechariah 2:8,10,12). ¹⁸

Ezekiel 37:26,27 (Darby). And I will make a Covenant of peace with them: it shall be an everlasting Covenant with them; and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in the midst of them for ever. And My Tabernacle shall be over them; and I will be their SOVEREIGN, and they shall be My people.

Therefore, the New Covenant that ETERNAL will give His people will be a Covenant of Peace. It will be an Everlasting Covenant--one that can never be changed or taken away. The righteous people who will inherit the New Covenant are the ones who chose to walk in the CREATOR's Way in spite of circumstances here on this earth. They had a heart and willingness to pass their tests just like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Job, Moses, Daniel, King David, Samuel, and others passed theirs.

There will then be two kinds of beings on earth--humans and spirit beings--until the end of the Thousand Years. Then there will only be spirit beings. ¹⁹

Two Witnesses for the SOVEREIGN

1) Crime and organized rebellion will be put down by force. The Mashiach (David) will rule with the rod of his mouth and with the breath of his lips he shall slay the wicked (Isaiah 11:4).

2) At the same time the Prophet (Elijah) will have set his hand to reeducate the people and to turn their hearts back to the CREATOR SOVEREIGN.

The social and religious customs of this world will be changed by the SOVEREIGN's mandate to observe the activities and Festivals according to Scripture. Originally, the CREATOR gave seven annual Festivals and the Special Night of Protection He commanded to be observed. They contained great and important meaning. They pictured the SOVEREIGN's Master Plan for working out His purpose for humanity. They were established forever.

They were and still are the Mighty One's Way--customs for His people. Nevertheless, the people rejected His Way and customs and turned instead to the ways and customs of pagan religions. People did what seemed right to themselves not what the Scriptures actually states is right. These same wrong ways seem right to most people today. We realize they seem right--not wrong--to most who will be reading these words because we have been there also. Now we realize that…

Proverbs 14:12; 16:25. There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.

This statement is important enough to be repeated. The SOVEREIGN said through Moses:

Deuteronomy 12:8. You shall not at all do as we are doing here today--every man doing whatever is right in his own eyes.

...12:30-31. ...Take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them [pagan religious customs]...and that you do not inquire after their g-ds saying, "How did these nations serve their g-ds? I also will do likewise." You shall not worship ETERNAL your SOVEREIGN in that way; for every abomination to ETERNAL which He hates, they have done to their g-ds; for they burn even their sons and daughters in the fire to their g-ds.

Today the professing "Christian world" rejects ETERNAL's Special Days set apart only to Him but which the deceived "Christian religion" hates. They observe instead the pagan days--"Christmas, New Year's, Easter," and others--"which the SOVEREIGN hates." Many know and confess that these are pagan holidays--but they argue, "We don't observe these in worshipping the pagan g-ds; we use their customs in worshipping 'G-d' and besides the children enjoy them."

That is the way that "seems right" to people. They may not mean any wrong. They are deceived. A deceived man does not know he is wrong. He thinks he is right. He may be as sincere as those who have found ETERNAL's Way and obey it. Yet, the SOVEREIGN says He will not accept that kind of observance or worship. It is an abomination to Him--"which He hates."

It is those who have been deceived whose eyes the Priest will open to the CREATOR's Truth when he returns to teach all nations of mortals still left alive.

All Will Keep the Festivals

People will no longer be blinded and deceived in regard to ETERNAL's Commandments and Way. To see that in Scripture...

Zechariah 14:16 (English Standard Version). Then everyone who survives of all the nations that have come against Jerusalem [that is, those who were not in the armies supernaturally destroyed] shall go up year after year to worship the King, the ETERNAL of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Booths.

The Feast of Booths that the above verse mentions is one of the seven annual Festivals the CREATOR commanded His people to observe. Sadly, ancient Israel rebelled. They rejected the SOVEREIGN's Festivals and turned to pagan holidays of worshiping the "Queen of Heaven."

The reason that Judah was taken into captivity in the first place is because they were not keeping the festivals and following the CREATOR's Way. The Jews that came back from Babylon still were not keeping the correct Festivals and they still, today, are not keeping the correct ones.

When Ezra and Nehemiah brought the Jewish people back to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem they observed the Festivals for a while. However, it did not take long until the Jews went back to their heathen Babylonian practices and forgot the SOVEREIGN's Way. By the way, Jews as well as "Christians" still observe the heathen Babylonian practices today. Both celebrate their own holidays going by their calendars instead of the Special Festival Days appointed by ETERNAL for them to observe.

In the days before and after the fall of Jerusalem, Saul (known in the NT as Paul) broke off from the Jewish religion and basically invented Christianity ²⁰ Paul, thought to be Simon Magus the Pontus Maximus of Mithraism in Samaria ²¹ , formed Christianity which he claimed was based upon the Jewish Messiah.

In 325 CE (fourth century AD), Constantine prayed to the sun g-d, whom he worshiped, for instructions on how to unite the Roman Empire. The answer he received was "Under the sign of the cross you will conquer." Then Constantine proclaimed that the religion of the Roman Empire was "Christianity" and he killed anybody that would not convert calling them Judaizers. ²²

"Christians" were deceived into believing that Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc. which were substituted for the Festival Days.

Jews were deceived into believing that the crescent moon was the moon of the new month ²³ and therefore based their religious feasts on the wrong calendar. ²⁴

ETERNAL equates "though your sins be like scarlet" to bringing futile sacrifices, burning incense, keeping new moons, Sabbaths and calling of assemblies. These are not ETERNAL's set-apart days but they are manmade days. They are what religions celebrate today.

Isaiah 1:14. Your New Moons and your appointed feasts My soul hates; they are a trouble to Me, I am weary of bearing them. (Read Isaiah 1:10-20 and you will see what Isaiah 1:14 says in context.)

But thankfully, the Mashiach is going to restore the SOVEREIGN's Way--including the Festivals. Those who rebelliously won't keep the SOVEREIGN 's Special Set-apart Days now--who sneer at them in scathing contempt--will observe them after ETERNAL stands with His feet on the Mount of Olives. As soon as ETERNAL comes to rule and reign on earth, He will awaken the Mashiach first and then the Prophet from their sleep of death. Both the Mashiach and the Prophet will bring the remnant remaining of Israel (including all tribes) back to the Promised Land. That event will conclude the Time of Jacob's Trouble. The next major event will be the Day of ETERNAL's Wrath. The Millennium Years begin after the Terrible Day of ETERNAL's Wrath and during these years of Peace the Festivals will be restored. Notice what this scripture says:

Zechariah 14:17-19 (English Standard Version). And if any of the families of the earth [including Gentile nations] do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, ETERNAL of hosts, there will be no rain on them. And if the family of Egypt does not go up and present themselves, then on them there shall be no rain; there shall be the plague with which ETERNAL afflicts the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths. This shall be the punishment to Egypt and the punishment to all the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Booths.

After the Mashiach takes his rightful position as King of kings, he will require obedience to ETERNAL's customs or there will be dire consequences. These passages give us the method by which the Mashiach will "rule with the rod of his mouth" (Isaiah 11:4)--of how he will use supernatural force to bring people of all nations to the CREATOR's right Way. In contrast, those who find ETERNAL's Way will find that His Way is the cause of real blessings.

Psalm 110 - The Coronation of the Prophet ²⁵

Yes, our SOVEREIGN will set his hand to save mankind. He will stand on the Mount of Olives (and the mount will split in two) in full glory and power. He is coming to rule all nations and every knee will bow (Isaiah 45:23).

ETERNAL will first awaken David who will be the firstborn then the Prophet Elijah will be awakened. Then by directing both of them He is going to set up a worldwide governmental system composed of two sections consisting of church and state. These sections will both be directed by the Supreme and Total SOVEREIGN.

Under the SOVEREIGN, King David, the Mashiach, will be King of kings in the SOVEREIGN's World Government. Elijah, the Prophet, will establish and administer ETERNAL's Way of education and worship producing peaceful, happy living for all of humankind. Let us take a little side trip and find out more about the Mashiach and the Prophet.

The next series of scriptures show a conversation of two persons/beings. One is our CREATOR and the other is the Priest who is being installed into his office as High Priest in these very verses:

Psalms 110:1-3 (KJV). The 'LORD' [H3068] saith unto my lord [H113]: "Sit thou at My right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 The rod of thy strength the 'LORD' [H3068] will send out of Zion: Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. 3 Thy people offer themselves willingly in the day of thy warfare; in adornments of holiness, from the womb of the dawn, thine is the dew of thy youth."

...110:4-7. The 'LORD' [H3068] hath sworn, and will not repent: "Thou art a Priest for ever after the manner of Melchizedek. 5 The 'Lord' [H136] at thy right hand doth crush kings in the day of His. 6 He will judge among the nations; He filleth it with dead bodies. He crusheth the head over a wide land. 7 He will drink of the brook in the way; therefore will he lift up the head."

The English word "LORD" in verses 1, 2, and 4, is translated from the Hebrew word "YHWH" and means the self-Existent or ETERNAL (Strong's H3068) and refers to our CREATOR.

"The English word 'lord' in verse 1 is translated from the Hebrew word "`adown" and is from an unused root (meaning to rule); sovereign, i.e. controller (human or spiritual) (Strong's H113) and refers to King David.

"The English word 'lord' in verse 5 is translated from the Hebrew word "`Adonay" and is an emphatic form of H113; "LORD" (used as a proper name of "God" only) (Strong's H136) and refers to our CREATOR.

"In order to understand this scenario, imagine you are behind three thrones facing ahead of you with you standing behind them.

Seated in the center Throne is ETERNAL. The Priest is ahead of and to ETERNAL's left hand and David is ahead of and to His right. Both ETERNAL and David are to the right of the Priest.

The first stanza of Psalms 110:1-3 is about David. The Priest is speaking to David and says, "ETERNAL told my sovereign [King David the Mashiach], 'Sit on My right hand until I send forth the rod of My strength and make your enemies your footstool.' ETERNAL also told David, 'Rule in the midst of your enemies and the people will offer themselves willingly in the day of warfare. And David will stand from the grave in the strength of his youth.'"

The second stanza Psalms 110:4-7 is about the Priest. The Priest is still speaking to David and says, "ETERNAL has sworn and will not repent when He told me 'you are a Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek and David at your right hand does crush kings and will judge among the nations and will fill them with dead bodies. He shall drink of the brook by the wayside; therefore, He shall lift up the head.

Nevertheless, who can this priest/prophet be who will be the Priest with King David? The Hebrew Scriptures proclaim who he is straightforward.

Malachi 4:1-6. "For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, and all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble. And the day which is coming shall burn them up," says ETERNAL of hosts, "that will leave them neither root nor branch. But to you who fear My name the [ray] of righteousness shall arise with healing in his wings; and you shall go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves. You shall trample the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this," Says ETERNAL of hosts. "Remember the Law of Moses, My servant, which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. Behold, I Will Send You Elijah The Prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of ETERNAL. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse."

The Perfect Government

Did you know that King David is soon going to stand up from his grave to life again? The CREATOR will cause King David to arise in power and glory. When he was alive in ancient times, he ruled the 13 tribes of Israel. But in this second coming, he is coming to rule all nations! He will be King of kings directly under the SOVEREIGN Himself. He is the Mashiach (Messiah) and is coming to set up a super world government. It will be a highly organized government. There will be many positions of authority.

Right here, it is time we stop to explain the mechanics of this perfect form of government. It is the Government of our SOVEREIGN--not a human government. Man will not acknowledge it yet, but man has demonstrated by 6,000 years of inefficient, bungling, wasteful efforts of human government that mortal man is utterly incapable of rightly governing himself.

As for man being qualified to rule and administer government, ETERNAL says of government officials today…

Isaiah 59:4:7-8. No one calls for justice, nor does any plead for truth. They trust in empty words and speak lies. They conceive evil and bring forth iniquity... Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood. Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever takes that way shall not know peace.

The people under this human mis-government say…

...59:9,10. Therefore justice is far from us, nor does righteousness overtake us; we look for light, but there is darkness! For brightness, but we walk in blackness! We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes. We stumble at noonday as at twilight; we are as dead men in desolate places.

Then in the conclusion of chapter 59 of Isaiah and the beginning of chapter 60 foretelling our time, the final solution is given regarding the coming Mashiach.

...59:20. The Redeemer will come to Zion, and to those who turn from transgression in Jacob," says ETERNAL.

...60:1-3. Arise, shine; for your [the redeemer, the Mashiach] light has come! And the glory of ETERNAL is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but ETERNAL will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

The only hope of justice, peace, truth, and of right solutions to all of the world's problems--is the coming in power and splendor of ETERNAL Himself to set up His World Government. The Government of the SOVEREIGN ruled by His anointed Mashiach, King David! Yes, only then will we have right government!

In this and many other passages, the SOVEREIGN shows mankind in His Word how utterly helpless man is to govern himself and his fellows. Now 6,000 years of human experience has brought mankind to the very brink of world suicide. The world's leading scientists and statesmen say the only hope now is One World Government.

World leaders met in Geneva, Switzerland after W.W.I where they attempted to form a world organization of nations. They called it "The League of Nations," but it collapsed into W.W.II. Then in 1945 the "United Nations" replaced it but it has no power over the nations. It has no power to settle disputes, stop wars, or prevent wars. This effort has also failed, the so-called United Nations are not united. This endeavor has degenerated into a sounding board for the drumbeat of totalitarianism and corruption. This has been the goal of government and religious leaders since Nimrod established his power at Babel there establishing religion and government as a means of deceiving and controlling the people. Mankind is now failing his last chance.

ETERNAL has a perfect master plan for accomplishing that Purpose.

That Master Plan involves a duration of 7,000 years. ²⁶ The seven literal days of Creation were a type. They set the pattern. The first six were days of physical creation. The seventh day of that first week began the spiritual creation, still going on. On that day, the SOVEREIGN created His Sabbath, setting it apart for spiritual use. On that day, our SOVEREIGN instructed the first man and woman in His Spiritual truth. On that day He taught the truth of His Word to them, explaining about and offering them, freely, His wonderful gift of eternal life -- symbolized by the "tree of life" in the Garden. He also explained that the wages of sin -- rebellion against His Government -- was death.

So our SOVEREIGN allotted the first six thousand years to physical man, to live his own way (deceived and swayed by Satan), to prove by 6,000 years of suffering mountainous evils, that only the SOVEREIGN's Way can bring desired blessings. That 6,000 years we may call "The Day of Man" followed by a millennium of spiritual rest, under the enforced Government of our SOVEREIGN.

There will be no incompetent and selfishly ambitious politicians seeking to get their hot little covetous hands on the throttle of government power by the deceptive political methods of this world. It has been shown time after time that candidates have been voted into office not because they were a good choice for the position but that they had the most charismatic political swaying power. In the soon coming sovereignty Government by man's CREATOR every official placed in authority shall have been tried and tested, trained, experienced and qualified by our SOVEREIGN's qualifications.

Perfect Government Planned from the Beginning

Now we come to a marvelous revealed insight into the wonderful planning, preparing, and organizing of the perfect Government of the CREATOR.

It began in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve were booted out for disobedience.

Genesis 3:19. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for dust you are, and to dust you shall return. [You would not listen to Me so now you figure it out].

Therefore, the CREATOR gave man 6,000 years of being cut off from Him to figure it out. Yet, He reserved the prerogative of calling to special service and contact with Himself any human as He should choose for His Purpose. During this Day of Man, the SOVEREIGN has prepared for His own millennial civilization in all its phases--governmental, educational, spiritual--His whole civilization.

In the soon coming Government of the Wonderful World of Tomorrow, every official placed in authority shall have been tried and tested, trained, experienced and qualified by the SOVEREIGN 's qualifications.

The CREATOR planned ahead not only for His Government to rule the earth, but He had said to man in effect, "Go, plan your own human governments, create in your own imaginations your own 'gods' and religions; develop your own knowledge and educational structure, plan your own social systems (in a word, organize your own human civilization)."

Not even a human government does anything without planning and since the CREATOR has promised a Wonderful World of Tomorrow (Isaiah chapter 11), and He has been working His Plan for numbers of years, so surely He has been training men down through the millenniums.

Elijah and King David were especially trained to do the job that the SOVEREIGN gave them.

ETERNAL began early training men for top positions of authority in His coming Wonderful World of Tomorrow starting with the ancient Patriarchs. Now we will pick up the thread beginning with Abraham. Abraham ²⁷ lived in the most "advanced" civilization of his time--the most developed and, the most desirable locality for the job ahead.

Genesis 12:1. Now ETERNAL had said to Abram: get out of your country, from your family and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you.

There was no argument. Abraham did not say, "But why? Why must I give up all the pleasures of this civilization--give up even my relatives and friends?" Abraham did not argue or delay. Scripture just says, "So Abram departed" (Genesis 12:4).

Abraham was put to severe tests. He failed some but after he died ETERNAL said of him…

Genesis 26:5. "...Abraham obeyed My Voice, and kept My Charge, My Commandments, My Statutes [of government], and My Laws."

The CREATOR started preparing for His Kingdom early on by training top personnel for positions in His Civilization for example with Abraham. When Abraham proved obedient, the CREATOR blessed his labors and blessed him to become wealthy. Abraham was given experience in the wise handling of vast wealth and in directing a great force of men under him.

Isaac was reared by SOVEREIGN-fearing, SOVEREIGN-obeying Abraham, obedient to the CREATOR's Government in all His Ways. Isaac became heir along with his father Abraham. He too was trained in obedience and in directing and ruling over others.

Then Jacob, born with this rich heredity, was educated to follow through on the same pattern Abraham and Isaac had learned. Although his father-in-law deceived him and held him back financially, Jacob also became wealthy. Jacob was human as were Abraham, Isaac, and all humans. He made mistakes. Nevertheless, he overcame. He repented. He prevailed with his Maker and was renamed Israel. He never quit. He developed the qualities and character of leadership. He became the father of the twelve ²⁸ greatest nations-to-be in the soon-coming Wonderful World of Tomorrow.

Both Government and Religion

Another principle is made clear in Scripture: Both Government and Religion ²⁹ will be united under the SOVEREIGN. There will be one government over all nations. There will be one Religion -- one SOVEREIGN -- one belief system based on one set of Scripture -- one educational system -- one social order. In addition, as in ETERNAL's original pattern in ancient Israel, they will be united. For this to take place it requires both the Witness and the Mashiach.

Have you ever wondered where the SOVEREIGN will be during this time? To understand that question lets understand the phrase "In that day" is the conclusion of the time of Jacob's Trouble (tribulation). So, where will ETERNAL be "in that day"?

Zechariah 14:4. "...in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which faces Jerusalem on the east. And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two..."

For ETERNAL's Way of Life, Elijah spent his entire life battling the religion of "Baalism" and he, above all others, is represented in Scripture as the prophet who restored the worship of the true SOVEREIGN and obedience to His Commandments. When Elijah ordered King Ahab to gather on Mount Carmel with "all Israel" (I Kings 18:19-21) and the prophets of "Baal" and of "Asherah" (pronounced easter), he said: "How long will you falter between two opinions? If ETERNAL is the SOVEREIGN, follow him: but if B-al, follow him..." (verse 21).

ETERNAL's Government will be a government from the top down. There is to be a definite chain of authority. No one will be elected by the people. Mortal humans have proven they do not know how to judge qualifications and do not know the inner minds, hearts, intents, and abilities of men. All will be sovereignly appointed from above. All in positions of governmental authority will be righteous spirit beings no longer flesh-and-blood humans.

The Mashiach under the direction of ETERNAL is the one who will gather the righteous remnant back to Israel somewhere around the end of the Time of Jacob's Trouble. Please note that only ETERNAL can unite the two houses--the House of Israel and the House of Judah--and bring them back to Israel. ETERNAL has never given that job to anyone else. Using the Mashiach, King David, ETERNAL will direct the reuniting of the two Houses of Jacob. ³⁰

Structure of the SOVEREIGN's Government

We know that our SOVEREIGN is now and will always be over all other beings. ETERNAL has no adversary. We know from Scripture that humans have an adversary--Heylel, but the SOVEREIGN has no adversary (see Job Chapters 1 and 2). In the coming Sovereignly Government we do not know what job each of the Patriarchs will have. The only ones that are specifically mentioned are King David and the Prophet Elijah.

We know that King David of ancient Israel is to be King of kings and Master of masters. King David will be the first born and the highest King on earth.

Psalms 89:21. Also I [ETERNAL] will make him [David] My firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth. [Please read this verse in context]

The awakened King David now immortal and in power and splendor will be king over all of the nations of the earth (Psalms 89:21). Therefore, since King David will be the King of the entire earth he will be King of kings.

Genesis 49:10. The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes; and to him shall be the obedience of the people.

The Companion Bible ³¹ adds the word "he" so that verse then reads "Until, he, Shiloh comes."

The English word "Shiloh" comes from the Hebrew word ³² "Shiyloh" and is "an epithet of the Messiah" and is from #H7951 "shalah" meaning "tranquil i.e. secure or successful" both words together mean "the one who will be successful in bringing peace and tranquillity." Therefore, King David will be the Prince of Peace.

King David will be king over the twelve great nations composed of literal descendants of the thirteen ³³ tribes of Israel. Each tribe will have its own king. However, in every case these kings and rulers will be immortals, not flesh-and-blood mortals. And in every case they will be those who qualified by overcoming--spiritual character development, growth in ETERNAL's knowledge--also having training in being ruled by ETERNAL's Law and Government as well as learning to rule.

The nations of the two houses of Ephraim and Judah (descended from Jacob) will again become the leading nations of the Commonwealth of Greater Israel or the House of Israel (Jeremiah 30:16-18; 31:4-11, 18-20; Isaiah 14:1-2; Deuteronomy 28:13). Then next to them will be the nations descended from the other tribes of Israel in the Commonwealth which will be the leading nations of the world.

There will be two main nations that will serve with Israel; they are Egypt and Assyria (Germany). These three nations together will be a blessing in the midst of the land and the three will be blessed by the SOVEREIGN.

Isaiah 19:23-25. In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian will come into Egypt and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians will serve with the Assyrians. In that day Israel will be one of three with Egypt and Assyria; a blessing in the midst of the land, whom SOVEREIGN of hosts shall bless, saying, "Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance."

The rest of the world will be organized under the twelve tribes (Isaiah 49:5-7) and their kings. In addition, each foreign nation will have its own king. Next after them but still prosperous and full of abundant blessings will be the Gentile nations who choose the CREATOR as their SOVEREIGN.

Thus, King David will rule over all and will be King of kings over all of the SOVEREIGN's Government.

What a paradox! Mortal people still on this earth are going to be forced to be happy, to have peace, to find abundant and joyful living just by believing in and obeying the CREATOR.

Do not forget that the tribes of Israel (Jacob) were promised to be a Kingdom of Priests and a pure nation for an example to the rest of the world.

Exodus 19:6. "And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a Righteous nation. These are the words which you shall speak to the Children of Israel."

The Pattern of Government Organization

We can speculate on how other leaders may be used, but this is only human speculation based on their lives as portrayed in Scripture. There are many, many others such as the judges and the righteous kings, but we have picked a few others who in our minds could be used.

Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob may function as a topflight team, with Abraham as Chairman. Abraham proved obedient and the SOVEREIGN blessed his labors and allowed him to become wealthy which included directing a great force of men under him. Isaac was reared by SOVEREIGN-fearing, SOVEREIGN-obeying Abraham, obedient to SOVEREIGN's Government. He became heir along with his father Abraham. Isaac too was trained in obedience and was also skilled in directing and ruling others. Then Jacob, born with this rich heredity, was educated to follow through in the same pattern in which Abraham and Isaac had learned. Although Jacob's father-in-law deceived him and hindered him monetarily for many years, Jacob also became wealthy.

Moses could be a candidate to function in a position dealing with both national and international government. He has had experience in dealing with stubborn governments and was a great leader of Israel.

When the SOVEREIGN through the Prophet Ezekiel named three of the most righteous men who ever lived, He named Daniel as one of them. The other two were Noah and Job (Ezekiel 14:14, 20). In addition, it is probable that ETERNAL will assign Noah and Job to offices of very great magnitude.

Daniel was thrown into almost daily contact with the king in one of the first world government. Though that was human government, Daniel proved completely loyal and obedient to the SOVEREIGN and His rule. He would obviously fulfill a needed role in the Government. Daniel will be in the First Awakening (Daniel 12:13)--the awakening of the righteous. He could be one that is King over the Assyrians (see the section "Structure of the SOVEREIGN's Government" above).

Noah walked and talked with the CREATOR and was a just man (Genesis 6:9 & 7:1). Obviously he could be used in the righteous education in ETERNAL's Way. But Noah, in the Awakening, immortal in power and glory, may also be given the power to enforce the SOVEREIGN's Ways concerning race relations.

It seems a possibility that righteous Noah, after the First Awakening of the Righteous, will head a vast project of the relocation of the races and nations within the boundaries the SOVEREIGN has established for their own best well being, happiness, and richest blessings. This will be a tremendous operation. It will require great and vast organization reinforced with the SOVEREIGN 's power to move whole nations and races. This time, peoples and nations will move where the SOVEREIGN has planned for them and no defiance will be tolerated.

Joseph was a son of Israel and great-grandson of Abraham. From a logical point of view, it would seem that Joseph, who became food administrator of Egypt--the greatest nation on earth of that era--would have tremendous responsibilities in the Wonderful World of Tomorrow. Joseph was synonymous with "prosperity." Joseph's primary job could be as the King of Egypt (see the section "Structure of the SOVEREIGN's Government" above).

Genesis 39:2-3. And ETERNAL was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and… ETERNAL made all that he did to prosper in his hand.

Joseph was actually made ruler for the pharaoh of the world's greatest nation. Remember that his specialty was dealing with the economy--with prosperity. In addition, what ever he did, he did it the SOVEREIGN's Way.

It seems possible, therefore, that Joseph could be made director of the world's economy--its agriculture, its industry, its technology, and its commerce--as well as its money and monetary system. These systems will be on the international level, the same in every nation.

Speculating, Joseph could develop a large and perfectly efficient organization of immortals made perfect with and under him in this vast administration. This could be an administration that will eliminate famine, starvation, and poverty. There will be no poverty-stricken slums for righteous nations (Micah 4:4). There will be universal prosperity.

Job was the wealthiest and greatest man of the east (Job 1:3). He was so upright and perfect that the SOVEREIGN pointed out Job and even allowed L-cifer to test his character. Actually, there was a terrible sin in Job's life--self-righteousness. Read how the SOVEREIGN brought him to a change of mind. (See Job Chapters 38-42.)

Another tremendous project on the worldwide international level will be that of rebuilding the waste places and the construction of whatever really great and large buildings or structures the CREATOR will require for the world He will create.

Isaiah 61:4. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

It could be that Job was a great master builder. ³⁴ (Compare Job 3:13-14 with the SOVEREIGN's challenge in Job 38:4-6.). Once this man of such strength of self mastery that he could be so righteous in his own strength was humbled and brought to reliance on the SOVEREIGN, well, in our earthly speculation no man could equal him as an engineer over vast stupendous world projects.

Indication is strong, therefore, that Job could be director of worldwide urban renewal rebuilding the waste places and the destroyed cities, not as they are now, but according to the SOVEREIGN's pattern--vast engineering projects--such as dams and power plants--or whatever the ruling Anointed One shall decree.

So much for the New World super-civilization speculation on the national and international level. Now we come to the World of Tomorrow on the individual level. The New Covenant educational system and worshipping system will be highly organized.

Captives Brought Home

When the Anointed One, David, awakens in the first rising as the first of the firstfruits ³⁵ in the full supreme power and glory of the CREATOR SOVEREIGN, he is coming to set up the CREATOR's World Government. He will rule this earth with the rod of his mouth. His job at that time will be to bring the remaining remnant out of captivity to Jerusalem.

It is interesting to note that most people will be reluctant to follow the "real" Mashiach because they have been conditioned by religions of the world that "the anti-christ" is coming to deceive people into believing lies about their "gods." Therefore they will be afraid to follow anyone who is not called by their "god's" name.

Other religions will not recognize King David's ways because his ways are not according to their beliefs and therefore refuse to obey him. What a confused world this is. That is why a "prophet" is needed at that time during the Time of Jacob's Trouble to re-educate the remnant to believe the SOVEREIGN's Way.

Of course, there will be great opposition and that is why the Mashiach, David, will have to back his word by the rod of his mouth. In other words, he is going to back what he says by power given to him by the CREATOR Himself. David has been given the job of bringing the remnant back to Jerusalem and that is exactly what he will do no matter what the circumstances require. ³⁶

Upon David's success of freeing the captive remnant from the nations where they were taken during the Time of Jacob's Trouble, he will take the remnant to the wilderness where ETERNAL separates the sheep (the righteous) from the goats (those who rebel and do not obey the CREATOR). Those who are righteous and are worthy will go to the Valley of Jezreel where they will become the CREATOR's people. At that time they will receive a pure language. ³⁷

Zephaniah 3:9. For then will I turn to the people a pure language that they may all call upon the name of ETERNAL, to serve Him with one consent.

David is the "root of Jesse." Jesse was David's earthly father. To the Mashiach, then, will the Gentiles seek (Isaiah 11:10). David will set His hand to save all Israel (the remnant)(verse 11).

With all the Mashiach's responsibilities of ruling the earth and freeing the captive remnant, there will require, simultaneously, reeducating the world. Close to half of all people on earth today are illiterate, and many more do not even have a clue who the real SOVEREIGN is.
